1) Acceptance

By installing or using Track Follow you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2) License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Track Follow for personal, lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms and platform rules (including Apple App Store policies).

3) Prohibited Activities

• Reverse engineering, attempting to bypass security or technical restrictions;
• Violating laws, third-party rights, or store policies;
• Abuse, spam, or unauthorized access attempts.

4) Content and IP

All rights, title, and interest in Track Follow and its materials remain with the developer. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

5) Subscriptions & Payments (if applicable)

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the App Store. Refunds are governed by Apple’s policies.

6) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Track Follow is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.

7) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it.

8) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Local mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
